Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete inside the app (recommended)

1. Log in to your Simply Couples account
2. Open Profile
3. Open Settings
4. Tap Delete Account
5. Confirm deletion

If you can access your account, in-app deletion is the fastest method.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you are unable to access your account, you can request deletion by emailing:

[email protected]

Please include:

• The email address associated with your account
• (Optional) Your reason for deletion (helps us improve, not required)

We will process account deletion requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete (or anonymize where applicable):

• Your account profile information (e.g., email, profile details)
• Profile photos you uploaded
• Your couple profile (if applicable)
• Chats and messages associated with your account (where possible)

Some limited data may be retained temporarily for fraud prevention, abuse detection, dispute resolution, or legal compliance, and will be deleted once it is no longer required.
