Welcome to SimplyCouples (“App”, “Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
SimplyCouples is a social networking application designed for couples to discover, match, and communicate with other couples. SimplyCouples is intended for platonic friendships between couples and shared social activities. The Service is not designed for romantic matching, dating between individuals, or adult content.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the individual owner of SimplyCouples.

2. Eligibility
You may use SimplyCouples only if:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are legally permitted to use social or dating applications in your jurisdiction
- You provide accurate and truthful information
- You are using the App solely for lawful purposes
SimplyCouples is intended only for couples. While the App may technically allow a single individual to create or operate an account, the Service is designed around a single active couple per account.
3. Account Registration & Use
- Each user may be associated with only one active couple at a time.
- A user may not join or operate multiple couples simultaneously.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
You agree not to:
- Impersonate another person or couple
- Misrepresent your relationship status
- Use the App for commercial solicitation, advertising, or scams
- Circumvent safeguards or moderation mechanisms
4. Couple Structure & Responsibility
A “couple” on SimplyCouples consists of two individuals operating a shared profile.
You acknowledge that:
- Actions taken by either partner may affect the entire couple account
- Deleting an account results in deletion of the entire couple profile and associated data
- If one partner deletes the account, the other partner must create a new couple to continue using the App
5. User Content
5.1 User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for all content you submit, post, or transmit through the App, including but not limited to:
- Profile information
- Bios and descriptions
- Messages
- Links or references to external content
SimplyCouples does not pre-moderate all user content.
5.2 Prohibited Content
You agree not to post, share, or transmit content that:
- Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene
- Depicts nudity intended for sexual arousal
- Is abusive, harassing, threatening, or hateful
- Is discriminatory based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, or nationality
- Promotes violence, illegal activity, or exploitation
- Violates the rights or privacy of others
- Is misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive
6. Reporting & Moderation
Users may report other users or couples for violations of these Terms.
Users may also block other users through in-app tools to prevent further interaction.
SimplyCouples reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Remove content
- Suspend accounts
- Permanently ban users or couples
- Take action without prior notice
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of rights.
7. Chats & External Interaction
The App provides text-based chat functionality only.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- SimplyCouples does not verify users’ identities
- SimplyCouples does not conduct background checks on users
- Users may voluntarily exchange contact details at their own discretion
- SimplyCouples does not facilitate or organize real-world meetings
All offline interactions occur at your own risk.
You are strongly advised to:
- Exercise caution when sharing personal information
- Meet in public places
- Trust your judgment and prioritize safety
8. Safety & Disclaimer of Responsibility
SimplyCouples is a platform provider only.
We are not responsible for:
- The conduct of users on or off the App
- User-generated content
- Harm, injury, loss, or disputes arising from interactions between users
- Misuse of information shared by users
You assume full responsibility for your interactions and activities.
9. Account Deactivation & Deletion
You may:
- Pause your account (making it non-visible)
- Unpause your account
- Request account deletion
Upon deletion request:
- Your data is retained for 30 days to allow recovery
- After 30 days, all couple data, chats, and associated information are permanently deleted
- Recovery is not possible after deletion is completed

10. Free Service & Future Monetization
The App is currently free.
In the future, SimplyCouples may introduce:
- Subscriptions
- In-app purchases
- Advertisements
- Paid features or tiers
Additional terms may apply to paid features and will be disclosed before activation.
11. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, designs, and software related to SimplyCouples are owned by the App owner or licensed appropriately.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimplyCouples shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or reputation
- Personal injury or emotional distress arising from App use
Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the App.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protections applicable under local laws where required.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
